Our Story
My name is Steven Zelaya, and I’m the founder of S & M Family Enterprises Inc — a business built on grit, hands-on experience, and a relentless passion for delivering drywall solutions that exceed expectations.
Although I originally studied Criminal Justice, I chose to change my path in 2018 and embraced the world of construction. That same year, I was given an opportunity to work in the drywall industry, where I spent three years mastering the craft at a respected local company.
In 2021, I took a major step forward, joining a drywall firm in Orlando where I supervised large-scale commercial and multi-family residential projects. These experiences gave me not only the technical expertise, but also the leadership skills to manage complex construction jobs with confidence.
By June 2023, I transformed that journey into a mission — founding S & M Family Enterprises Inc to provide clients with luxury drywall finishes, exceptional workmanship, and reliable service.
